ABOUT ME


Rosemond provides a safe and non-judgmental space where you can begin to heal and cope with life’s challenges. Rosemond works with clients to gain insight into their emotional reactions and better manage these responses.
In addition to a Master’s Degree in Social Work from York University, Rosemond also has a BA Honors in Children’s Studies with over 25 experience working with children and well versed in supporting individuals with disabilities in various capacities.

Rosemond ’s experiences also include working effectively to improve and resolve a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety (generalized and social anxiety), OCD, conflict resolution, self-esteem, grief, self-harm, stress management, life transitions.


 

 


She has also supported those who have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, etc. Rosemond uses a range of treatment modalities in her practice that include, Narrative therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based as well as DBT informed approaches. Rosemond understands that every individual is unique and as such, her treatment is tailored to meet your specific needs and treatment goals.
